Cancellation Policy   

I require a 24 hour notification by phone call, text message, or email for cancellation/rescheduling of appointments. If not a charge of 50% of the total treatment price will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If it is a Groupon OR Gift Certificate appointment the Groupon/Gift Certificate will be redeemed for the full amount and client will forfeit their treatment.
